Hand-drawn; hand-colored. In the center of the document is a tree-like stem with leaves and various flowers in a flowerpot. It is flanked by two female figures wearing necklaces and long dresses. They appear to be picking small flowers from the plant. Above them are two rosettes. In the upper center are a winged angel head and two stars. The entire document is enclosed by a decorative border. The name is written on the reverse.
