Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur within a heart is in the center of the document. The heart is surrounded on the sides and bottom by leaves and flowers. On the sides and in the upper center are three baskets with flowers. The entire document is framed by a decorative border. For another example by this artist, see FLP 290. A bookplate made by the same artist for Johannes Neukommet is inscribed Manor Township, Lancaster County.
