The child’s first name is within a rectangular frame at the top center, flanked by two rosettes and ornamental shapes are above it. The heart is flanked on each side by a child in a long dress. Above each child is a bird on a branch. Flanking the bottom of the heart is a pair of springing deer. The children and deer are standing on an earth-colored ground that extends across the bottom of the certificate. The entire document is enclosed by a decorative border.
