Translation:

To these two married people, namely Henrich Rudy and his wife Catharina, a born Götzin, a son was born into the world, as follows: Henrich was born in the year of our Lord 1800, the 4th of April. May God grant him a long life in this time and hereafter take him to Himself in the eternal blessedness. Written the 12^th of February in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ 1802.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur, with the final line in German script, extends across the entire document. The first two lines are written in prominent and decorative calligraphy. The text is surrounded on the left and top by various stars, flowers and other decorative elements.
