Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur within a heart is in the center of the document. On each side are stems of flowers with a bird at the top. In the lower corners are two spread-winged eagles or birds who are holding flowers in their claws. Penciled marriage and death notes in Roman script are on the reverse, with calculations written in ink.
