Notes:

Printed. The name in Fraktur, printed in red ink, is in the center of the document. Next to it are woodcut prints of two sailing vessels in square frames and a decorative border. Above the name is a winged angel head. It is flanked by two vases with flowers. Below the name are two crossed trumpets and vines as well as two additional vases with flowers. See FLP 417 for a related document with the name Anna Maria Hoffmann printed on it and the date 1750.
The woodcut of the lyre with crossed trumpets was used by Christoph Saur on a 1740 book of sermons by George Whitefield. Further linking this document to Saur is the use of both the lyre woodcut and a floral woodcut on the Johann Wilhelm Hoffman document that also appears on other Saur imprints.
