Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. In the lower center of the document is a heart with two stars and the date. From the heart protrudes a tree with large flowers and a bird. It is flanked by two additional birds. In the corners of the document are rosettes. The name in Roman script is below the heart. The entire document is enclosed by a decorative border. Possibly Schwenkfelder in origin.
