Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is in the center of the document. Above and below it are several leafy stems of flowers. The entire document is enclosed in a decorative border. Samuel Bentz was formerly known as the Mount Pleasant Artist. This bookplate has been removed from the book for which it was made.
