Hand-drawn; hand-lettered. The name in Fraktur is in the center of the document. Several of the letters are decorated with small leaves and flowers. The item is enclosed by a decorative frame. The fraktur, which was apparently intended to be colored in, remains unfinished.  It has been removed from the book for which it was made. Probably Schwenkfelder in origin based on associated name.
