Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. In the center of the document is a clock face. It is decorated on both sides by a profusion of leafy, flowering vines. In the upper corners are two crowns. The text in Fraktur and German script is below it. The entire document is framed by a decorative border.
