One of them is holding the reins of the horse while the other is gesturing with her hand. Both are looking toward a man who is riding his horse next to them. He is wearing a tailcoat and a top hat. His head is turned to talk to the women. In the background are a man, woman and child who are watching the scene from beneath a tree. A tree is to the left.
