Ihre Eltern sind: Philipp \ Schott und Susanna, geborne Hoffman, Ihre Tauf= \ Zeuge war: Susanna Münch, ledigen Stands. Sie wurde von \ Herrn Isaac Gerhart den 28 ten October 1825 getauft. \ Susanna Schott \ Wurde in der [blank] Religion, von Herrn \ [blank] in [blank] \ den [blank] ten [blank] im Jahr 18 [blank] \ confirmirt. \

Susanna Schott was born on the 8th of August in the year 1825 in Lykens Township, Dauphin County, in the state of Pennsylvania. Her parents are Philipp Schott and Susanna, born Hoffman. Her sponsor was Susanna Münch, single. She was baptized by Mister Isaac Gerhart on the 28th of October 1825. Susanna Schott was confirmed in the [blank] religion by Mister [blank] in [blank] on the [blank] th of [blank] in the year 18 [blank].

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is within an oval frame in the lower center of the document. Above and below it are two cornucopias from which emerge a profusion of various flowers. The artist's signature and date are written along the lower border.
