Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur and German script is in the center of the document. In the upper corners are two star-shaped flowers, and in the lower corners are two hearts. The areas between them are decorated with a variety of flowers and fruit, including tulips, pears, and apples.

The signature at the bottom of Johannes Stahl is interpreted to be that of the artist, though the designs are closely copied from the work of Conrad Gilbert.
