Translation:

Birth and Baptismal Certificate for Jacob Krauss, 1819. To these two Christian married people namely Frederich Krauss and his Christian wife Salome, a born Spaelin, a son was born into the world on the 15^th of January 1819, in Township Sugarloaf, County Luzerne, state Pennsylvania. Was baptized on the [blank] by Lutheran preacher Berunger. Sponsors are Joh. Gerhard and Salome Spaelin, both single back then.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur within a rectangular frame is in the center of the document. In the upper corners are two large circular flowers. In the lower corners are two stylized flowers with several rows of leaves.  This certificate appears to be by the same anonymous hand that made FLP 110, a birth and baptismal certificate for Hanna Schellhammer of Mifflin Township, Luzerne (now Columbia) County, PA.
