Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is in the center of the document. The first line is in particularly prominent and decorative letters. The text is flanked by two columns with the image of a star at their bases. Small flowers are on the top of the columns, next to it, and in the area around the first line of the text. In the lower center are three leafy flowers.
