Translation:
[blank] was born to Christian and married parents who belong to the Reformed religion, in the year of our Lord 1823, the 19th of August. The child’s parents were Johannes Klop and his wife Sarah, a born Bucksin. This Sara Anna was born in Tulpehocken Town, in Berks County, and was baptized from Mister Pastor Benjamin Boyer on the [blank]. The sponsors were father and mother themselves.

Notes:
Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur within a rectangular frame is in the center of the document. The child's and pastor's names were entered in German script by a different hand. In the upper center is a star-shaped flower that is flanked by stylized leaves. In the lower center is a pot with one small and two larger flowers. In the lower corners are two hearts from which extend along the sides of the document two leafy vines with eight flowers each.
