Translation:

To these two married people namely Daniel Schäckler and his lawful wife Mariamagdalena, a born Renner, a daughter was born into the world, named Susana Schäckler in the year of our Lord 1803, the 4th day of September in the sign of Leo. Baptized by Pastor Conrad Walder Sponsors were the parents themselves. Born in Buffalo Township, Northumberland County, in America, in the state of Pennsylvania.

Quite differently my name must sound to God, who knows only his own. He has enveloped me in baptism , quite fatherly called me his child. In his hand he writes my name. There is nothing that can erase me.

Completed by Johann Valentin Schuller.
