Baptismal Certificate
To these two married people namely Philiph Eabbel and his lawful wife Cathrina, a born Sniderin, a daughter was born into the world, named Cathrina Hanna, in the year of Lord Jesus 1813, on the 6th of May at 4 o’clock in the morning, in the sign of [blank]. This Cathrina [H]anna was born and baptized in the state Pennsylvania, County Montgomery, Township Upper Salford. Above mentioned Cathrina [H]anna was baptized on the 27th of June 1813 by Pastor Ge[o]rge Relener [Reller], Lutheran preacher. Sponsors Henrich Snider and his wife Cristina.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur and Roman script within a circle is in the lower center of the document. It is framed by a rectangular border. In the upper center is the title within a star that is enclosed in a circle. It is flanked by two rampant lions.  See FLP 23 and 1020 for other examples by this artist; 1020 for a sibling.
