Taufzeugen waren die Aeltern selbst.

Translation:

To these two married people Friedrich Bell and Maria Emrich a daughter was born into the world in the year of our Lord and Savior 1805, on the 21st day of September, in Washington County, in the state of Maryland, in the United States of North America, and through the holy baptism was admitted into the covenant of grace of the triune God. The baptism was done by Mister Pastor Rothrauf, and the Christian name Susanna was given to her. Sponsors were the parents themselves.
