Sarah Mutsch (daughter of Bernhard Mutsch and his wife Elisabeth, a born Härtin) was born on the 2nd day of June 1799, was baptized on the 7th day of September 1799, from E. Schultze. Sponsors: the parents.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is in the lower center of the document. It is surrounded by a wide border that is divided into eight frames. In the frames in the corners are pedestals topped with striped circles. In the upper center is a large flower over a semicircle and small stems of flowers. In the lower center and on the sides are leafy stems of flowers. Samuel Bentz was formerly known as the Mount Pleasant Artist.
