Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in German script is within one heart in the center and three hearts along the lower border of the document. The center heart and several flowers are surrounded by a circle. In the upper corners are two birds on flowers. Along the sides and lower border are various flowers, including tulips. On the reverse is written "JKD 1809."
