This May 1967 photograph, taken by photographer James Conroy, shows local youths beating the heat in one of the numerous fountains in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.  Although many have been shut off in recent years, the ones on Eakins Oval still allow people to cool off in the hot weather.
