Translation:

Anna Maria Lawerin was born to Christian parents on the 23rd day of August in the year of Christ 1793 in Lebanon Township in Lancaster County, and was baptized by Mr. Pastor Hendel. The sponsors were Adam Jacoby and his wife Margaretha. The parents are the honorable Georg Baldaser Lawer and his honorable wife named Rosina, a born Wenzin Suludia.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in German script within a circle is on the lower center of the item. It is surrounded on the sides and top by square frames that contain various images. On the lower right and along the upper border are various flowers, including tulips. On the sides are two women in long dresses and with flowers in the hands.
