Translation:

Nelle Hirschheußser was born in the year of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ anno 1807, on the 23rd of May. Baptized by Mister Christian Hancker. The sponsors are the honorable parents of the child, Luthwig Hirschheußser and his wife Magdalena Hirschheußser, a born Schmiten. Residing in the state of Pennsylvania, Bedford County, Colerain Township. 

Jesus, true bread from Heaven, feed me with your body, that I may remain engrafted to you protected [?] against need and death. Remain in my heart and mouth until the last hour of death. Amen.
Jesus, vine filled with strength, nourish me with your grapes and increase in me the faith that is attached to your wounds. Let us remain in the book of life through the writing of this blood. Amen.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur and German script within a frame is in the center of the document. The first line is written in particularly prominent letters. Above it are several flowers, heads of people, and a star within a circle with wing-like ornaments. In each upper corner is a circular frame with a figure holding a flower. In the lower corners are two flowers with faces. From them protrude stems with various flowers, including tulips. In the lower center is a triangular frame that is divided into several portions. They enclose flowers, geometric shapes, and the heads and torsos of several people, some of whom are holding flowers. The triangular frame is flanked by flowers topped with winged heads.
