Diese beide Ehegaten als Johannes Littweyler and deßen Ehefrau Magdalena \ eine geborne Gehryin ist ein Söhnlein erzeiget und am 23. Tag December des \ Abends um 7 Uhr 1802 Zur Welt gebohren worden welches in der Heilg. \ taufe den Name Abraham empfangen hat, die durch den Herrn Schul= \ meister als eine Noth=Taufe verrichtet worden ist nemlich von Meister \ Hammer ein Lutherischer Lehrer, die dazu gebätene Tauf=Zeugen war \ die Ehrsame Elisabetha Dannerin alleine.
Obengemeldter Abraham Littweyler ist gebohren und getauft in \ Mannheym Taunschip Berks Caunty und im Staat Pennsylvanien. \ Der Tag seinen Tauf=Bundes war der 28. Tag Januarius 1803.

Translation:

By these two married people namely Johannes Littweyler and his lawful wife Magdalena, a born Gehryin, a little son was conceived, and on the 23rd day of December in the evening at 7 o’clock, 1802, was born into the world, and received the name Abraham in the holy baptism, that was performed by the Mister schoolmaster as an emergency baptism, namely by master Hammer, a Lutheran teacher. The requested sponsor was the honorable Elisabetha Dannerin, single.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur within a rectangular frame is in the lower center of the document. Two verses within hearts are on the sides, and one verse within a heart is in the upper right. The area above the frame is decorated with a variety of flowers, including tulips. Three large flowers are in the upper center and corners.
