Translation:

To these two married people named Daniel Hüster and his lawful wife Barbara, born Kaufmanin, a son was born into the world the 3rd of February anno 1790, who was baptized on the [blank] day [blank] 1790 from the Honorable Pastor Hertzel, preacher and servant of the word according to the Reformed religion, and he was named Jost Hüster.
Grow in God’s mercy, you chosen child. The holy bath of water has freed you completely from all sins today. Therefore remain faithful to God, and blessedness will always be prepared for you.
This wishes you with all his heart your faithful sponsor Jost Althauß and his wife Ana Maria. Baptized in America in the state of Pennsylvania in berks County in Tulpehocken Township.
