Translation:

To these two married people namely Adam Hacker and his lawful wife Elisabeth, a born Weidman, a daughter was born into the world on the 23rd day of February in the year of our Lord 1773. This daughter was born in Cocalico Town, in Lancaster County, in the state of Pennsylvania, in North America, and was baptized and received the name Elisabeth on the [blank] day in the year [blank].

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur extends across the entire document. It is framed by a decorative triangular border. Apparently the text portion was cut from a larger Birth and Baptismal Certificate; see FLP 1050 for an example of a complete version by Huth.
