Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. In the center of the document is a tall dandelion-like flower. The text in German script within a rectangular frame is at the bottom of the document. The entire document is framed by a decorative border. A related floral motifs can be found on the work of Johann Adam Eyer and others influenced by him. Small drawings, often lacking inscriptions and referred to as bookmarks by collectors, were given by schoolmasters to their students as rewards for good behavior and scholastic accomplishments.
