Birth and Baptismal Certificate.
Magdalena Drach was born to Christian parents on the 15th of September in the year of the Lord 1757, in Nockamixon Township, Bucks County, in the state of Pennsylvania, North America. Her father was Rudolpf Drach, the mother Susana. Mentioned M. D. received the holy baptism according to Christ’s command from the honorable Mister [blank], servant and teacher of God’s word. Sponsors were Johan Adame and his wife Magdalena.

Notes:
Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur within a heart is in the lower center of the document. Two verses in Fraktur are in square frames in the lower corners. The squares are topped by pots with flowers. In the upper center is a star, and below the heart are two birds.
