Translation:
Today you tender soul was led through the baptism out of the den [hell?] of sin and vices. Keep from now on to the pious so you will receive the crown of life. Such wishes from the heart your faithful godfather Ludwig Pfeifer. Godchild, you were baptized on the 5th of March and are named Magdalena. 1815.
