Translation:

Michael Bernhard was born on the 29th of January in the year 1774 at night at 2 o’clock, in the sign of Leo, in Mount Joy Township, Lancaster County, and was baptized on the 31st of January 1774 by Pastor Mister Keiseler. His sponsors were Johannes Kaufmann and his wife Mariana. Eliesabeth Reuin was born on the 13th of May in the year 1777 in Londonderry Township, Dauphin County, and was baptized by Pastor Mister Steber. Her sponsors were Johannes Reu and Katharina Fernslerin. She was confirmed on the 24th of May in the year 1819 by the Lutheran Pastor Mister Trumbaur, in Londonderry Township, Dauphin County. These two persons entered into the state of Christian matrimony on the 8th of April 1800, and they were united in marriage by the Lutheran Pastor Mister Georg Lochmann in the town Lebanon, and conceived in marriage their fourth child, a daughter. The same was born on the 20th of June 1807, in the sign of Capricorn, in Londonderry Township, Dauphin County. She was baptized by Pastor Mister Georg Lochmann. Her sponsors were Johannes Reu and his wife Maria Reuin. She received in the holy baptism the Christian name Anna Maria Bernhardin.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is in the upper center of the document. In the lower corners are two plant containers from which extend leafy vines with a variety of flowers. A star within a circle and leafy, flowering vines are above the text. In the lower center is a vase with flowers.
