Diesen beiden Ehegatten als Conrad Keim und seiner Ehlichen Hausfrau \ Maria eine geborne Reppin ist eine \ Tochter zur Welt gebohren namens Maria \ Keimmin im jahr Christi 1792: den 2ten \ Tag August um 7: uh Morgens: \ Diese Maria Keimmin ist gebohren und getauft \ in America, im Staat Pennsylvanien, in Berks \ Caunty, und in Rochland Taunschip: \ Obgemelde Maria ist getauft worden den 25: \ Tag August 1792 Von Herrn Daniel \ Lehmann lutherischer Prediger, Tauf=zeugen, waren \ Conrad Repp und Maria Kellerin ledigen Standes \ damals.

Translation:

Conrad Keim and his lawful wife Maria, a born Reppin, a daughter was born into the world, named Maria Keimmin, was born and baptized in America, in the state of Pennsylvania, in Berks County, and in Rockland County. Above mentioned Maria was baptized on the 25th day of August 1792 by Mister Daniel Lehmann, Lutheran preacher. Sponsors were Conrad Repp and Maria Kellerin, single back then.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur within a rectangular frame is in the lower portion of the document. In the upper portion is a circle surrounded by four hearts with text in Fraktur. Around them are various flowers.
