Translation:

Elisabetha Friederich was born to married, Christian parents on the 15th day of May in the year 1812 after the birth of our Lord Jesus in the state of Pennsylvania, in Hanover Township, Northampton County, and on the 2nd of August anno 1812 she was baptized by Mister J. L. Jäger, Lutheran preacher. The parents are Joh. Georg Friederich and his wife named Anna Catharina, a born Fuchsin. The sponsors are the above mentioned parents themselves.
Was confirmed by the Lutheran preacher in the year 1831, J. L. Jäger, in the Drylands Church.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur within a rectangular frame is in the center of the document. On each side is an undulating leafy vine with tulips and three birds perched on it. In the upper center are three tulips and two birds. In the lower center are two birds perched on branches.
