Translation:

[next to flower
The little birds are signing for me, the rose is stretching itself far, the emperor’s crown. But all is vain, beauty dissolves.

[in lower center]
No beauty has the world that does not hold for me before my eyes my most beautiful Jesus Christ, the one who is the origin of beauty. Beautifully rejoices the garden’s glory of the proud lilies, but even more beautiful is my lily Jesus Christ. When I see how beautifully white and red are the roses I remember that white and red is my bridegroom and God. 1792.

[in upper left]
Because of Adam’s fall the human nature and kind is completely corrupted.

[in lower left]
Lovely sings the nightingale, sweetly sound the sound of the flute.

[in upper right]
One bite of the apple hurt as so seriously and Christ himself had to endure God’s anger.

[in lower right]
See, this is God’s lamb that carries the world’s sins.
