Translation:

Georg Boltz was born into this world on the 11th of January in the year of Christ anno 1765. The sponsors were Michael Wagner and his wife Elisabeta. Was married in the year of Christ 1790 to Annamaria Hubern.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur within a rectangular frame is in the lower portion of the document. It is surrounded on the sides and below by undulating, leafy vines of flowers. In the upper center are three circular frames. In the left one are flowers and a person with a trumpet. In the center one are a row of houses and two crescent moons with faces. In the one on the right are flowers and an angel with a trumpet. In the upper corners are flowers and two birds. The entire document is framed by a decorative border.
