Rebeca Griesemerin was born to Christian parents in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ 1802, the 6th of March, in Longswamp Township, Berks County, and she was baptized by Pastor Frederice. The sponsors requested for this were Susana Danckel, and she gave her the name noted above. The father is the honorable Abraham Griesamer. The mother is the honorable Elisabetha Kerchnerin.
