Translation:

Maria Margreda Freien saw the light of this world in America in the state of Pennsylvania, in Albany Township in berks County, in the year of the Lord and Redeemer Jesus Christ 1791, the 27th day of August; and was baptized on the [blank] th [blank] 17 [blank]. This child was taken and received by pastor Mieller, a Lutheran preacher and servant of God’s word, according to Christ’s command, Matthew 28:19. Sponsors were Johanness Deer and his lawful wife Margreda. The father is the honorable Henrich Frey and the mother a born Bohlichen. The first name is as mentioned above, namely Margreda.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is in the center of the document. It is surrounded on the sides and top by leafy vines of flowers.
