Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur is in the center of the document. It is flanked by two columns, which stand on green ground and are topped by pots of flowers. Four birds on branches as well as a border decorated with flowers are above the text. The first letter of the name is written in elaborately decorated calligraphy. The entire document is enclosed in a border.

Both Durs Rudy Sr. and Jr. are thought to have made fraktur; firm attributions to one hand or the other are difficult.
