Translation:

To these two married people, namely Johannes Senty and his wife Cattarina a son was born into the world, namely Philip, was born into the world in the year of our Lord Jesus [blank] on the [blank]. Consequently he was incorporated into God’s covenant of grace, and minister Mensch, Lutheran preacher and servant to God’s Word, on the [blank] day baptized and named him Johan Philip. The sponsors were Johan Philip Flexer and his wife Annamaria. This Johan Philip was born in America in the state of Pennsylvania in Lehigh County in Upper Saucon Township.
God grant grace, strength and power so that this Johan Philip may grow up and increase in the fear of the lord. 1821.
