Translation:
To these two married people, namely Jacob Schäfer and his lawful wife Elisabetha, a born Hoffackerin, was on the [blank] day in the year 1807, a little son born into the world. The name Jacob was bestowed on him in the holy baptism. And he was incorporated into the holy covenant with God through the holy baptism by Mister Pastor Christoph Gobrecht, preacher in the Jacobs Church. The sponsors were his grandparents Nicolaus Schäffer and his lawful wife Elisabeth, the 13th of August 1807.

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text is within a large heart, encircled by flowering vines and tulips with a parrot in each of the upper corners. The two baptismal verses are enclosed in onion-shaped frames in the two lower corners.
The Jacob's Church referred to in the text is St. Jacob's (Stone) Church, in Codorus Township, York County, PA.
