Translation:

To these two married people, namely Peter Rothrock and his lawful wife Christina, a born Welckerin, a daughter was born into the world, named Eva, was born into the world in the year of our Lord 1789, the 23rd of June, at 9 o’clock in the morning, in the sign of [blank]. Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The main text in Fraktur is within a large heart in the center, surrounded by twelve smaller hearts containing baptismal verses. Two birds on branches are in the lower corners. In the upper left corner are a moon and stars, and in the upper right corner is a sun. Tulips are in the top center and below the main text in the large heart.
