Die dazu ge= \ betene Taufzeugen waren Jacob Tuys \ und seine Ehe Frau Ana Maria \ und haben ihn den Namen beigelegt als \ Johannes \

Translation:

To these two married people, namely Johanes Dillinger his bodily wife Anna Maria, a born Oxin, Christian religion, a son was born into the world, named Johannes, was born in the year of our Lord Jesus Christ 1800, the 19 December at 7 o’clock in the evening in Upper Milford Township, Northampton County, in the state of Pennsylvania, and was subsequently brought to the holy baptism, and baptized by Mister Cromer, servant of God’s Word. The requested sponsors were Jacob Tuys and his wife Ana Maria and gave him the name Johannes.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The central text in Fraktur is enclosed within circular frame decorated with rosettes and scalloped borders, flanked by two small birds and flowering vines. Additional verse is in a small heart at the bottom center. Two angels holding flowers are in the upper corners, and at the top center are a bird and a rosette within a circle.
