Translation:

Maria Elisabeth was born in the year of our Lord 1784, on the 18th September in Lynn Township, Northampton County, in the state of Pennsylvania. The sponsors were casper Baldaf and Dorthea Schö [def.], both single. They gave her the name as mentioned above, was baptized by Mister Pastor Herzel, namely Reformed preacher in the Organ church in Lynn Town. The father is the honorable Iohan Georg Schneider the mother Regina, both are members of the Lutheran congregation.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The central text in Fraktur is enclosed within circular frame decorated with a scalloped border and rosettes, flanked by two birds and flowering vines. Additional verse is in a small heart at the bottom center. Two angels holding flowers are in the upper corners, and at the top center is a flower within a circle.

According to Frederick S. Weiser, Organ Church was another name for the Ebenezer Church in New Tripoli.
