Jutit Janson was born in the year Jesus Christ 1827, the 25^th day June at 5 o’clock afternoon in the sign of Cancer, her father is Mister Jacob Janson and her mother Lidia, a born Dotterin, was baptized by pastor Herman the 9^th of September 1827 in the Hereford Church. Sponsors were Mister Samuel Scheyri and Sahrer Janson, both single. This Jutit was born in District Township, Berks County, and state Pennsylvania.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered.  Central text in Fraktur is enclosed within circular frame decorated with a scalloped border and flowery vines, flanked by two birds and flowering vines. There is a heart at the bottom center. Two angels holding flowers are in the upper corners, and at the top center are a bird and a rosette within a circle.

The maker of this certificate is copying the style of the Flying Angel Artist, (also known as the Blowsy Angel Artist).
