Translation:

Jesus, my confidence
This daughter was born in Pennsylvania in Berks County in Oley Township, in the year after the merciful birth of our Lord and Redeemer Jesus Christ 1792, the 1st October. The parents are Johannes Reiter and his Christian wife Ester, a born Weidner, was brought to the holy baptism by Mister Pastor Herrmann. The sponsors were: the parents themselves, and the name Katarina. Take pleasure in piety much more than in gold, believe me; when money and goods leave you, piety will not depart from you.
