Lea Ruthin \ geboren in Pennsylvanien, in Berks Caunty, in Cumru Tauns. im Jahr nach \ der gnadenreichen Geburt unsers Herrn und Heylandes Jesus Chri \ sti 1792 den 5 August; ihre Eltern waren: Michael Ruth und \ seine Frau Elisabetha Ruthin; und ist zur heiligen Taufe ge= \ bracht worden: bey dem Herrn Wilhelm Boos, refomirter Prediger \ in Reading, ihre Taufzeugen waren: Michael Ruth \ und seine Frau Anna Maria Ruthin. \ Ihr Kinder seyd gehoram euren Eltern in dem Herrn, denn das ist billich. \ Ehre Vater und Mutter, das ist das erste Gebot das Verheißung \ hat, auf daß dier wohl gehe und du lange lebest auf Erden.


Translation:

Lea Ruthin, born in Pennsylvania, in Berks County, in Cumru Township in the year after the merciful birth of our Lord and redeemer Jesus Christ 1792, the 5 August; her parents were: Michael Ruth and his wife Elisabetha Ruthin; and was brought to the holy baptism: by Mister Wilhelm Boos, Reformed preacher in Reading, her sponsors were: Michael Ruth and his wife Anna Maria Ruthin. You children shall be obedient to your parents in the Lord, for this is good. Honor Father and Mother, this is the first commandment with a promise, so that you will be well and live a long live on earth.
