Notes:
Hand-drawn; hand-colored. In the upper left is a woman in a long dress. In one hand, she is holding a lyre. A bird is perched atop her other hand. To her right is a pot with a large stemmed and leafy tulip. In the lower portion of the document are two inward-facing cherubs, one with a banner bearing a cross and the other with a wreath and a palm branch in his hand. The cherubs are copied from house blessings printed by Johann Ritter & Co. of Reading, Berks County, PA and the woman with lyre is copied from angel motifs on printed birth and baptismal certificates printed by Ritter.
