Hand-drawn; hand-colored. In the center of the drawing is a leafy plant with several flowers, including a tulip at the top. The entire item is framed by a decorative border. The pairs of alternate striped and solid green leaves relate to known work by Johann Adam Eyer. See also FLP 169.
Small drawings, often lacking inscriptions and referred to as bookmarks by collectors, were given by schoolmasters to their students as rewards for good behavior and scholastic accomplishments.
