Printed form; color printing. The main text is enclosed in a frame of flowering rose garlands. Two verses in rectangular frames are above and two are below the text. In the lower left corner is an image of a woman and two children petting a lamb. In the right corner is an angel with a child in her lap.
This is the first English edition of the birth and baptismal certificate printed by Currier and Ives.
