Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The name in Fraktur, along with flowering vines and a star shaped flower, is within a heart in the center of the document. It is surrounded by leafy vines of flowers. The text in Roman script is below the heart. A tulip is in the top center. The entire document is surrounded by a decorative border, with scalloped decoration at the top.
